If you find yourself looking at your planning board and it appears as if you could knit a sweater with all those red strings, take a moment to reflect on how you can reduce the ammount of dependencies until next PI Planning.
Try counting how many dependencies you have on the board after each PI, and keep a log to track if they are decreasing 📉
